Items
Items should NOT be moved or renamed. If incorrect, they are emptied and ignored. This includes words / sentences, languages, and speakers / accounts.
Pages
Helps, Lists, and other content pages can be moved or renamed by hand or by bots.
MediaWiki
Protected pages in MediaWiki such as css, js, and others requires administrative rights or above to be moved around.
- Risks
Be careful of dependencies. Moving those pages may break some important features of Lingualibre. Exercices this right with caution.
Accounts

Accounts renaming is a rare usecase. It requires Bureaucrat rights.
