Welcome to Lingua Libre, Kunokuno!

Lingua Libre is a project which aims to build a collaborative multilingual audiovisual corpus under free licence in order to expand knowledge about languages and help online language communities to develop.
You can help us!
You can visit this page if you want to learn more about the project.

Before starting

You can create your User page by clicking on it. We recommand that you integrate the babel template onto it. It is very useful to indicate to others the languages you speak, and to facilitate finding other persons speaking your languages. If you are not familiar with wikicode, you can go to this demo User page, read the instructions and copy the prepared babel template, and then paste it onto your user page before adapting it to your information. You can then publish your User page!

Where to start?
  • Follow the steps of the Record Wizard
  • Think of the words you want to record. You may enter them one by one (live list), use an existing category from a Wiktionary or Wikipedia project, or create your own list.
Do you need help?

You can visit this help page where you will find advice for beginning your contributions on Lingua Libre. If you did not find the answer to your question, please ask it in the Chat room.

Good practice
  • Try to avoid background noises during the recording
  • Please listen to the pronunciations before uploading them
  • Consider using an external microphone

Welcome to Bikol language

Greetings Kunokuno,
I'am discovering your recording and this far away language :) If I understand well you are recording Central Bikol (bcl). I'am not sure, but would this bik list be helpful to you ? If so please ping me back. Note: I looked for but did not find bcl in UNILEX's lists. Closest i found was bik. Best regards, Yug (talk) 18:51, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

Hello Yug , sorry for the delayed response. I just happened to see this now. I am not sure why bcl wasn't available. bcl is our language code for Central Bikol. Anyway, I can do records even if its in bik or bcl. I track it on commons and upload it for our BCL Wiktionary. Welcome back to Lingua Libre. Kunokuno (talk) 16:55, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
Hi Kunokuno,
The links are broken, i will fix those within days. I think i can provide you a wordlist for bik. Which a speaker of bik can then record.
Unilex does not have corpora nor list for bcl it seems. But it's something we can create if your bcl community requested it. Yug (talk) 18:37, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
