Lingua_Libre_Bot : Keeping Wikimedia sites up to date

Lingua Libre Bot adds in near real time the new audio recordings on the Wiktionary / Wikidata websites. Contact Poslovitch or see LL:Bot for details.

• Olafbot, which maintains for more than 70 languages a list of words with no audio pronunciation yet, listed by number of Wiktionaries describing them.
• PamputtBot, which tags items with type of issue (P33) when needed.

Bot wishlist

Several contributors have asked for a bot able to edit and update Audio pages on Commons. Below are some elements to develop a such bot. Python, Javascript and MediaWikiJS (user:{name}/common.js) are likely avenues. See also the documentations page and code samples in:
