Lingua Libre est un projet visant à construire collaborativement un corpus multilingue audiovisuel sous licence libre, dans le but d'améliorer la connaissance sur les langues, et aider les communautés linguistiques à se développer.
This stands upon a "Lingua Libre Suite", a set of programs which need maintenance, and may be expanded by new pieces of software providing new capabilities.

Discussions about bug reports and feature requests should be made on Phabricator and GitHub, and code peer-reviews should be submitted on GitHub.
