Problem statement

Currently, public institutions providing languages training publish their bilingual data on the form of copyrighted and closed access paper dictionaries.
How could we served better public and private actors ?
How to increase access and socio-economic impact ?
=> We propose to migrate these knowledges [data] to modern online storage system and public API. <=
