Réunion du 3 novembre 2018 : Lingua Libre et maintenant?

- Présentation du projet Tour de France des régions

Format sur un week-end avec contribution sur Lingua Libre et sur les projets Wikimedia. 10 étapes dont une en Outre-mer. Budget à déterminer.

- Développement

• lingualibre bt (robot sur wiktionnaire et lingualibre) tourne maintenant en continu pour donner accès aux sons de lingualibre dans wikisource et wikidata. résultat: 70% de sources audio réutilisées sur les wikis.
• Export fait et ne pèse plus que 852Mo : Antoine a adapté le format et la compression.
• Petscan est lancé. Permet de lancer des requêtes croisées sur les wiki.
• mise à jour fonction enregistrement. Maintenant tu peux supprimer ton enregistrement immédiatement en appuyant sur supr.

à faire ensuite:

• mettre à jour l'interface sur les nouvelles commandes (gauche-droite et supr). possibilité de mettre ne place un pop-up explicatif au moment de l'enregistrement. + vidéo tutorielle de cinq minutes, obligatoires pour tous les déébutants sur lingualibre.
• Expérience utilisateur = UX. rendre l'UX intuitive. Wikimedia Deutschland demande des conseils en développement sur l'intuitivité à des cabinets de conseil. Antoine leur a montré lingualibre -> liste de choses à améliorer pour rendre lingualibre plus intuitif.

Retours de l'équipe UX de Wikimedia Deutschland: general:

• "record wizard" is in 2 different locations in the drop down. Since this is the primary action it should probably have a big button on the front so the action we want the user to take is clearly visible.
• drop-down element should change color on hover
• "locutor" should be "speaker", "dwelling" should be "place of residence"
• "actions" should be a sans serif font and should probably have a different wording although I unfortunately do not have a better idea
• "discover...", "record...", "chat..." currently look like headlines but should look like buttons
• "feedbacks" should be "feedback"
• namespaces should not be in a box because that makes them look like a button

Record wizard:

• have a button to re-listen the recording when testing the microphone
• make a note somewhere that the loudspeakers should be on for this
• spoken languages field stays open after entering a language. OOUI bug?
• replace "shuffle list-toggle" with two radio buttons "random order" and "alphanumerical order".
• "random" is the default selection
• on event change the words reorganize themselves immediately.
• add a "record" and "pause" button to communicate more clearly if the recording is continuous or is triggered word by word.
• add a help icon and/or a tutorial at the start explaining the keyboard shortcuts etc.
• change the wording of "successfully uploaded" to "successfully recorded" and change the counter to how many of the words of the complete list have been recorded so it's clear how many are missing
• the list of recorded words on the next page can get very long. it's worth thinking about whether two columns would make it a bit better or a search would make it easier to find a specific word. Additionally it might be helpful to place the final "submit" button at the top of the list as well, so the user does not have to scroll through a potentially long list to hit submit.

Question de Lyokoï : comment faire pour les langues qui n'ont pas encore de codes catégorie? quand un nouvel utilisateur vient enregistrer une nouvelle langue, il faudrait qu'il puisse ranger ses enregistrements finement. La catégorie "lingualibre inconnue" contient déjà beaucoup de langues. ex: le lorain, le bérichon, le franccomtois, l'angevin n'ont pas de code langue. -> nouvelle tâche phabricator créée.
